INSTANT ALOO GOBI

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes and cauliflower cut into small pieces : 1 potato and half a cauliflower
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Dhania powder: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
garlic : 1 clove big size grated
Ginger: 1 small piece grated
Turmeric powder : A pinch
salt as required
Oil : 1 tbsp

MAKING

Take a small bowl, add the grated ginger and garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder and dhania powder. Add some water ( 1-2 tbsp) and mix them well.

take a kadai and heat oil in it. Add the cumin seeds and then the masala mixture to it. When the water is drained or oil leaves the sides, add the cut potatoes and cauliflowers to it. stir for 5 minutes, add salt as required. Add some water and cover the lid .Allow the vegetables to cook for 15 minutes in medium flame till they are thouroughly cooked. Turn off the gas and garnish it with cut coriander leaves and tasty instant easy Aloo-Gobi is ready to eat.

Serve it hot with chapathi's and Roti's.
