One day really had this desire to have Bhel Puri so started to make it. Had all the ingredients except the Green chutney so decided to make it my own way. Thankfully it came out well and served its purpose. So, here it is....
INGREDIENTS
Coriander : One bunch
Garlic : A clove or two
Green chillies : 2-3 depending on how spicy you want it
Salt as required
Sugar : 1/2 tsp
MAKING
Grind the above mentioned ingredients into a nice paste and instant green chutney is ready. It can be served with samosa's or added to the Bhel Puri.
TIP: You may add some drops of Lemon juice for making it tangy...Njoy
